Zoning for housing units parcel to be changed from civic to East Main Street designation

FRANKFORT The Frankfort Planning Commission voted on Thursday to approve a draft zoning map change to a parcel zoned civic to Main Street East to accommodate workforce housing planned for the east end of Main Street.
The intent of the Civic District is designated zoning district for public and civic buildings with parcels located on Main Street and in residential districts, according to the City of Frankfort zoning ordinance adopted in 2014. ....
