Police say a canadianborn person, opened fire in the Parliament Building in ottawa after gunning down a soldier standing watch at the nearby National War Memorial. The soldier was 24yearold nathan cirillo, seen in a photo taken by a tourist this past sunday. Motive for the attack is not clear.
