Three seats on the Windermere Town Council will be on the ballot for the Tuesday, March 9, municipal election. Those seats currently are held by council members Liz Andert, Bill Martini and Bob McKinley. The qualifying period for candidates to submit their forms and 25 verified petitions began Dec. 9 and ends at noon Friday, Jan. 8. Paperwork must be submitted to the Town Clerk’s office, 501 W.
