“我为群众办实事” 柳东警方推多项便民举措
近来，柳州市公安局柳东分局以群众满意为第一标准，整合现有资源，积极开展“我为群众办实事”实践活动，创新推出“三进、三访、一提速、六服务”便民服务举措，全力打造柳东窗口管理服务新名片。
“三进”是进企业、进校园、进社区。今年3月以来，柳东公安分局共开展送法进企业、送“反诈课”进校园10余场，发放各类防电信诈骗、防火防盗、户籍业务宣传资料800多份，排查调解各类矛盾纠纷30余件。
“三访”是访服务对象、访特殊群体、访困难群众，深入基层，为群众解决“急难愁盼”问题。社区民警通过面对面、建警民微信群等形式，共收集意见和建议200余条，共协调解决无户口人员、无门牌家庭户等群众关注的问题5个，提高了辖区见警率和群众的安全感。
