reporter: well, hey, there, thomas, it doesn t appear he s going to testify. maybe if he gets to the penalty phase, perhaps he may testify. the defense before the lunch break decided they will not call any more witnesses. it was not much of a defense as defenses in capital murder cases go. they called a couple of witnesses yesterday and couple more today and trying to establish for this jury that if there was a mastermind behind the two brothers it was clearly tamerlan and not the little brother dzhokhar on trial here. there was a little technicality before the lunch break. there was a side bar about photographs. we don t know when they are backcourt here at 2:00 hour if the defense is going to rest. we don t know what happens after that. at some point the court killwill instruct the jurors and hand the case over to them. we don t know for sure when officially. thank you ron. the secret service and dea agent ....
