Few are as passionate about single-celled algae as Parkland County’s Lisa Matthias.
She is a former wildlife biologist who has turned her passion for microscopic life into a fulfilling career as a visual artist. She is one of two contributors the other being Edmonton’s Emily Roth whose works make up the exhibition, “Do You See What I See” currently hosted by Wild Skies Art Gallery.
