Sally Ann Senters, age 79, of Xenia, Illinois, passed away Sunday morning, May 22, 2022, at Deaconess Gateway Hospital in Newburgh, Indiana. She was born July 26, 1942, in Xenia, the daughter of Lloyd and Thelma (Colclasure) Tolliver. She was united in marriage to David D. Senters on December 26, 1966, in Louisville, and together they shared 53 wedding anniversaries until his death on August 11, 2020. Sally was more than just a wife and mother. She had many hidden talents and the ability to accomplish anything she set her mind to. In addition to growing up with learned talents from her mother and grandmother like cooking, sewing, and gardening, she would research any new subject in order to learn a new skill. She always wanted to contribute and earn money to buy things for her children, whether it was school clothes or Christmas presents. What she couldn't buy she would make by hand, even her children's clothes. She instilled many family traditions like family Sunday dinners ....
