For those wondering what the Ultimate signifies, basically, these are super-binned versions of the regular Liquid Devil, the best of the best silicon which are expected to reach the highest clocks possible. In fact, today, overclocking guru der8auer has set an all-time core clock speed record with the Liquid Devil Ultimate. And for that to be possible, the Ultimate has a card up its sleeve. Unlike the regular Navi 21 XTX inside the other 6900 XTs, the Devil Ultimate and other such binned 6900 XT GPUs feature the Navi 21 XTXH, and the XTXH chips do not have the imposed 3GHz clock limit on them.
