Miles Rivers Partners LLC applied to the city to build Crossroads Distribution Center Building 300 at a construction cost of more than $5.17 million. Through Crossjax Distribution II LLC, Miles Rivers intends to develop the 235,200-square-foot center at 6590 Pritchard Road in the Crossroads Distribution Center. The warehouse is planned at southeast Pritchard Road and Interstate 295. The site is in Northwest Jacksonville. Miles Rivers Partners Principal Michael Bradley said previously the building, estimated at a total investment of $14 million, should be completed by the third quarter. The speculative structure can be single or multitenant. Arco Design/Build of Atlanta is shown as the contractor. WRA LLC of Tampa is the civil engineer.
