Laubenstein is an accomplished and committed hospitality professional with over 20 years of experience spanning cocktail creation, bar and spirit menu development, corporate and private restaurant openings and bar systems operations, and is recognized as a Certified Specialist of Spirits and Certified Cicerone®.
