Five field parties consisting of seven individuals along with 14 feeder watchers identified 28 species of birds totaling 2,737 individuals. Due to minimal snow cover on the ground, the field parties were able to cover their respective zones within the 24 km diameter count circle with relative ease, including driving down often impassable roads for this time of year. ....
