But we never seem to address these individuals who step outside of the bounds of islam and equate them as criminals because thats exactly what their actions are. Clearly only if you are eligible. We have to have certain parameters. Have to be a citizen. Have to be 18. Have to live here. So there has to be some basic requirements that need to be met to safeguard the integrity of the vote. Aret some point so those burdens. Have to take some steps to satisfy those requirements.
