The University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa, the flagship campus of the University’s 10-campus system, led the extramural award amounts this year with $342.7 million.
Kiaʻi Loko Centre for Limu Research has received a $3.5 million grant to provide limu – a native Hawaiian macroalgae – education and research opportunities for the long-term benefits of the community.
