The funeral for one of Britain s oldest identical twins stopped off at her favourite supermarket Asda where she was a loyal customer for 20 years. As part of the send off for Doris Hobday, who died in January after a two-week battle with coronavirus aged 96, shopped at the store in Great Bridge, Tipton, West Midlands, for decades. She and her sister were such big fans of the store, last August supermarket bosses opened early and laid on a special Covid-friendly shopping trip for Doris and twin Lilian Cox as a 96th birthday present.
