Words. we would have to see actions on the ground. and that is not yet at all clear. and in fact, you have u.s. officials saying that even though the foreign minister has come out and said, we have engaged in the cease-fire at this point, they say, no, we re not seeing gadhafi engaging in the cease-fire. there s no indication that that s actually happening. this is one of the problems. i think the administration is right to try to maximize international support. but in doing so, you create these resolutions which call for things like cease-fires and then there s a lot of confusion over what constitutes a cease-fire, will all gadhafi s forces and all over the country have to stop using force? who decides what constitutes a cease-fire? right now i m suspecting that gadhafi is going to play this cleverly and try to step back from the brink before western or international aircraft rain bombs down on the libyan airfields, on his tanks, on his ....
