A convoluted cluster of 32 COVID-19 cases in Windsor-Essex including students in seven schools and members of 20 different households has been linked back to the local youth athletics community.
The cases, which are centered around Central Park Athletics in Windsor, stem from hockey team practices. Several close contacts and classmates of those individuals also contracted the virus.

Medical Officer of Health Dr. Wajid Ahmed on Thursday revealed an elaborate chart depicting the virus’s path within and between hockey teams, as well as within school cohorts, families and various facilities in the region.
