Good afternoon, commissioners. On behalf of the owner of the two henry adams building. Im here to provide an update and request. As a reminder, the project for this building has been pending since 2013 and with this commissions input, landmarking was allowed late last year. Allowing us to work. Were happy to report that ceqa should be done later this week, allowing us to move into the entitlement hearings. It is also adding a new outdoor plaza and it will involve comprehensive, interior and exterior improvements that will benefit all tenants of the building and also insure its long term preservation future. Im here because we have a concern we wont be able to make a hearing here until december, particularly if this Commission Moves to one hearing a month schedule. Our next step in the entitlement process is to come to this commission for certificate of appropriateness. And we respectfully ask that you consider keeping two hearings a month, at least in october and november, so we may ha

The most recent version was published a couple weeks ago including the first annual findings on escooters that presented themselves to the San Francisco general hospital. Our Police Department continues to do work on focus on the five, and it has recently enhanced their Traffic Company through vision zero enforcement team. I cannot speak to the findings related to the City Attorney office because i am a transportation planner and not a lawyer.
