Hundreds of abortion rights advocates rallied at the Utah State Capitol after a leaked draft opinion by the Supreme Court that suggests the majority of justices may lean toward overturning the landmark 1973 Roe v. Wade case that legalized abortion nationwide.
Two new councilmembers say they understand and can respond to the issues that impact the city’s west side which is the most racially and ethnically diverse part of Salt Lake. Those issues range from affordable housing to air quality.
