All homes at the maintenance-free community include first-floor primary suites. The maintenance-free community, located near the intersection of Willow and Landwehr roads, offers four floor plans, including three designs with a two-story layout and one ranch plan. Each home offers a choice of exterior architectural styles, including Craftsman, European, Farmhouse and Shingle.
