Nine people were injured in the crash which happened shortly after 10.30pm on Saturday. A witness told Sky News the car was "catapulted" from the road, rolled through the campsite and then landed on top of three people.
Mike Harris, who runs the campsite, said the car was going 80 or 90mph in a 30mph zone. He alleged the vehicle catapulted from the road because of the speed at which the driver was going.
