One person in custody following high speed chase in U-Haul July 15, 2021 Sabrina Davis, from New Mexico, is accused of driving a stolen U-Haul truck. The Jackson Police Department received a call about the stolen vehicle and chased Davis into Madison County. And Sheriff John Mehr says that is when the sheriff’s department took over the chase. “Deputies actually in the county at Harts Bridge Road spotted a 26-foot U-Haul truck weaving and moving,” Mehr said. The sheriff’s office says deputies chased Davis to Harts Bridge Road off of Lesters Chapel Road. Mehr says Davis finally hit a utility pole, ending the chase. ....
