A teenager has been seriously injured after a fall from a muni bus. It happened at powell and lombard at 4 30 p. M. The 13yearold boy from San Francisco middle school fell coming off a crowded bus. Its not clear if he stumbled or was bumped. Our crew at the scene was told he hit his head on the curb. Paramedics performed cpr and rushed him to the closest hospital.
