Firefighters say a three inch pipe broke on the fifth floor tonight that caused flooding. 160 students out of their rooms. Cant hear the water but you can see it falling from the ceiling. You can hear the clean up outside this asu dorm. It looks like theyre walking through a but when you look up no clouds to see.
