When Laura Wittig and Liza Moiseeva met as guests on a podcast about sustainable fashion, they jibed so well together that they began one of their own: Good Together. Their show’s goal was to provide listeners with a place to learn how to be eco-conscious consumers, but with baby steps.
Wittig thinks the non-judgmental environment (one that doesn’t knock on a consumer for not being zero-waste overnight) is the show’s biggest differentiator. “Then, people were emailing us and asking how they can be on our journey beyond being a listener,” Wittig said. WTIA names 22 Washington tech startups selected for latest Founder Cohort Program

Washington Technology Industry Association (WTIA) announced the 22 tech startups that have been selected for the organization’s recurring Founder Cohort Program on Thursday.
Part of WTIA’s Startup Program, the virtual Founder Cohort supports seed-stage startups and helps them develop their venture-scale companies over the course of six months. Each company must be headquartered in Washington, have at least one product in development, have an annual revenue of less than $1 million, and made it through WTIA’s application process.
The program is led by a committee of seasoned tech founders and entrepreneurs, including Dave Parker of Seven Peaks Ventures, Susan Preston of SeaChange Fund, and Leslie Feinzaig of Female Founders Alliance & Venture Kits. Each company gets support and guidance through the crucial stages of fundraising, ....
