this shocking cell phone video resigns a mid an uproar from his community. that resignation came tonight just days after that video went viral. well, good evening i m chris may. i m jessica dean. corporal eric casebolt said he feared for his safety tonight chief of the mckinney texas police department called casebolt s actions indefensible this is the video that caught the police officer behaving irresponsiblely. policies, our training, our practice do not support his actions. he came into the call out of control and as the video shows was out of control during the incident. reporter: video shows the 41-year-old casebolt is white push black girl to the ground and waving his gun at other unarmed teens he and 11 other overspunned to the call. i do not condone the actions of those individuals who violated the rules of the community showed disrespect to the security person on scene and to the officers who responded. however, we as the department are held to high standar
