PROVIDENCE The first shooting, the one that killed a 21-year-old father, brought Providence police to Atlantic Avenue at about 2 a.m. Monday.  The sun rose on that scene in the city s Elmwood neighborhood. And not long after it set Monday evening, another young man was shot at the same location.
