Neighbors Anson Andrews and jacob cady tell us someone stole a truck about 330 yesteay morning. Aa when they went looking for it about 1140 a m, they found it crashed into a fence near a home on a rural road east of vinton. As they were waiting for assistance moving the truck, they noticed a blood trail. We were kind of looking at it, walked over, kind of just bsing a little bit and then found a blood ....
