The members are: Reverend Dr Lucille Baird, Chairman; Dr Carl Ward, Deputy Chairman; Stephanie Chase; Reverend Lennox Boyce; Cheryl Moore; Kwame Bradshaw; Christaneisha Soleyn; the Chief Magistrate or his nominee and the Superintendent of Prisons or his nominee.
