Three senior Law Enforcement officials tell nbc news the suspect has been identified add jared ramos. He was charged with five counts of first degree murder. A bail hearing has been set for later this morning. Ramos sued the Capital Gazette for defamation. A court ruled in the Capital Gazettes favor and an Appeals Court upheld that ruling. Police were note fided about an active shooter yesterday. Phil davis who was inside of the building tweeted this. A gunman shot through the glass door to the office and opened fire and on multiple employees. In a later interview davis said it was quote, like a war zone inside the newspapers offices.
