TESTIFYING as the last prosecution witness in the Dengvaxia vaccine case, Public Attorney s Office-Forensic Laboratory Division (PAO-FLD) director Dr. Erwin Erfe stood firm on his findings that the cause of death of an initial batch of eight schoolchildren were severe adverse reactions after being inoculated with the controversial anti-dengue vaccine.
