The Carroll Police Department responded to a minor accident at approximately 10:30 p.m. Tuesday at Ely Drive and Meadow Lane. Forty-year-old Nathan Lengeling of Carroll was turning on to Ely in a 2017 Dodge Ram when he struck a legally parked 2011 Cadillac CTS. Functional damage was reported to both vehicles.
