CARVER – The disappointment over the cancelation of Old Home Day last summer won’t be felt again this year with a return to normalcy.
The Carver Old Home Day Association has announced the return of Old Home Day for its 120th year Saturday, July 31, in Shurtleff Park.
The annual clam bake will go on, this year’s 25th Annual Double Elimination Horseshoe Tournament is in memory of Dana Thomas who began the tournament and the popular rock wall will return.
While eagerly awaiting the return of Old Home Day, enjoy fresh fruit, vegetables, baked goods, honey, fresh eggs and more from the Carver Farmers’ Market set to open this Sunday, June 13, in Shurtleff Park.
