Basel, 21. Juli 2021. Die Baloise Asset Management AG wird für den Baloise Swiss Property Fund vom 10. August 2021 bis 19. August 2021 eine Kapitalerhöhung von rund 135 Mio. CHF durchführen.
Am 18. Juni 2021 gab die Baloise bekannt, dass die Fondsleitung des Baloise Swiss Property Fund den Erwerb eines Liegenschaftsportfolios mit einem Marktwert von rund 185.2 Mio. CHF prüft. Zur Finanzierung des Kaufs der Liegenschaften wird die Fondsleitung nun eine Kapitalerhöhung von rund 135 Mio. CHF vom 10. August 2021 bis 19. August 2021, 12:00 Uhr durchführen. Die Fondsleitung beabsichtigt zudem für den Liegenschaftskauf rund 50 Mio. CHF Fremdkapital aufzunehmen. ....
