((michael stevens)) brian. mcdonald didn t say much. his newly appointed attorney did all the talking. as the 29-year-old stood. facing several charges including murder, attempted murder with a deadly weapon and a number of counts of shooting into an occupied vehicle. mcdonald is accused of shooting just over a week ago. a woman identified as 48-year-old tracey donahue of north las vegas was killed by one of those shots. donahue s husband thomas was also shot. but his injuries were not life threatening. mcdonald told police he smoked marijuana earlier in t

((nia wong)) brian and kirsten. that is happening here at nhp s southern command center this morning. since the shooting..invest igators have revealed the identities of the trooper involved in the shooting. as well as the carjacking suspect.who died from a gunshot wound. nhp says 28 year-old javier munoz of glendale, arizona..r a gas station in downtown las vegas before he headed southbound on us-95. that s when troopers got involved. they tried to pull him over.but munoz led them on a chase which ended in henderson just off auto show drive. investigators say munoz then tried to steal a car from an elderly couple.. people nearby tried to stop munoz.. and the trooper arrived on scene moments later. nhp says the suspect got into a scuffle with the trooper .. then managed to get into the stolen car.. drive away. nhp says
