Van Wert Manor and United Way team up for Cupcake Wars

WERT Cupcake Wars will look very different this year. Jacque Welch of
the Van Wert Manor and Vicki Smith of the United Way of Van Wert County
are teaming up again this year for the 3rd annual battle of the cupcake
displays. This virtual event will run from Monday, March 15 through
Friday, March 19.
This year, Van Wert Manor will be posting an
