As nightfall nears, the citizens of ferguson, missouri, theyre anxious, worried and uncertain. One year after the killing of an unarmed black man, a state of emergency was declared today after calls for Racial Justice last night were drowned out by the sounds of gunfire. Police say they came under attack from criminal elements and that they fired back, severely wounding an 18yearold suspect. Ron allen has been on the ferguson story from the very start.
