立法院國民黨團近日猛攻疫苗採購，繼13日指控前衛福部長、民進黨台北市長參選人陳時中阻擋民間購買疫苗，今（15日）再度召開記者會點名行政院副院長沈榮津、衛福部長薛瑞元阻擋民間購買疫苗；黨團總召曾銘宗更拿出當時的聯絡紀錄佐證，並表示政府「如有不服，歡迎提告」。曾銘宗表示，去年6月工商協進會有意購買疫苗捐贈給政府，他於去年6月15日洽詢衛福部企業申請輸入疫苗條件及流程。當時衛福部國會聯絡人回他說，「BNT疫苗已召開完專家會議，建議有條件通過，但須申請人補齊製造廠商資料及原廠授權書（或證明）供審」。
