Suspect Ruben Ricardo Rosado-Milan, a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officer, bonded out of Lee County Jail Wednesday following his arrest for what investigators say were multiple occasions of exposing himself and masturbating in public. Rosado-Milan is accused of exposing himself to at least nine young women and girls during a number of separate incidents.
