intended to fill with money. one clerk handed him a cash drawer while another worker headed into the office. fairfax county police say what the cameras didn t capture was a struggle inside that office. the clerk beaten with a bottle and the robber s gun accidentally fired off a shot, but no one was hit. both clerks managed to leave the store. i don t know what i would do. probably just panic. reporter: no one at the 7- eleven would talk on camera but the owner of the gas station next door says he knows one of the clerks who was robbed sunday. he says the worker you see here handing over the till jumped in the back of the pickup truck next door to hide but turns out he picked the wrong truck to hide in. he hide in the back and he figured out when the robber coming out from the store, that was his own truck. reporter: in another twist, one of the clerks of the gas station next door also works at another 7-eleven just a mile away. he says he was robbed at gunpoint ....
