The first female Court of Common Pleas judge in Lebanon County's 210-year history will be elected on Nov. 7, in a race between attorneys Megan Ryland-Tanner and Donna Long-Brightbill.
The Phillips-Bering joint ticket spent more than three times what the Kuhn campaign did for the period Jan. 1 to May 5 – and both campaigns on their own spent more than double the combined expenditures of all other campaigns for county commissioner.
