在建党大庆的重要年份，中国共产党官方基本上有关乎政治走向的大文章问世。内容看似总结党史，论述意识形态和指导思想，但同时更是旨在明确中共执政党的地位和未来发展的路线方针。
（德国之声中文网）自1941年纪念中共建党日开始，每年的七月一日，都是一个隆重的节日。中国文化传统讲究的是：“五年一小庆，十年一大庆”。大庆之日，除了比较非常时期的年份比如1961年四十周年，时在大跃进过后的经济萧条时期；1971年五十周年，时在“文化大革命”时期，其他大庆日，中共基本上有关乎政治走向的大文章问世。
而且从1981年开始，每个大庆日都是最高领导人在纪念大会上致词，所宣示的中国方针政策，国际国内都瞩目。可以说，是纪念日的大文章。这里说说30年和60年纪念日的大文章。
