INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – April 2, 2024 – The NBA G League has named Indiana Mad Ants rookie two-way player Oscar Tshiebwe as the KIA Rookie of the Year for the 2023-2024 season. Tshiebwe opened his rookie year with 33 points and 22 rebounds on November 11 at Sioux Falls, the first of 27 double doubles during the full season that includes Showcase Cup and Regular Season games.
