Themselves? well, based on previous reports, i can only go under the assumption of what i heard. they are tether ed they tet r tethered each individual boy to the lead diver. the second diver, which is essentially a safety diver, is following behind. based on the previous stories that the boys had no swimming capability, it sounds as they are pulling the boys along with the addition of the heavy gauge rope installed in the system over the past several days. it is highly likely that the cave diver, rescue divers that are bringing these boys out, might even be pulling themselves along which can help accelerate the speed with which they traverse this area. ....
About. the first diver will lead the soccer player through. he ll have the full face mask on. the lead rescue diver will take the air tank that the soccer player is breathing from and take him through the water, through that narrow passageway, with another rescue diver following behind. now, hopefully these boys have been through all the training, all the practice, and are still calm with what they ve been trained on. then they will take them one at a time up through this first passageway to what we call the tender on the other side. they re following the guide lines. they re held on with a buddy line to that lead diver. they take them to the first dry piece of land above. of the 12 boys and the soccer ....
At the moment. they are taking solid food, but i think food with lots of spice is not, perhaps, what they need at the moment. as for what they ve been through, my goodness. i mean, i i can swim a lot, but i can t swim for two and a half hours with a full face mask on. these are kids who could barely float. none of them are strong swimmers, and what have they done the very first thing they face when they leave that ledge is the worst bit. that s the bit that s most sub americaed. it submerged. it goes up and down, and they re basically underneath the lead diver who we believe is a british cave expert and may, indeed, be the guy, one of the two men who found them in the first place. they re tethered a lot. they re reassured a lot. there s another diver behind them. there are sections, then, when they can walk. it is not all submerged. ....
The operation, approaching the boys cave sometime today and taking first two boys out. each boy had one diver behind, one diver ahead. they were virtually underneath the lead diver. and, of course, at one point, they had to don their scuba masks and go underneath the water. we don t know for how long. but that is a perilous journey for young boys, most of whom who have no swimming ability whatsoever. and then the first of the boys emerged. there were cheers. the divers at the cave entrance began to hug each other. the boys were put on gurneys and into waiting helicopters. and off they went to a hospital where they are recovering here overnight. then a few hours later, a second set of two boys emerged. one of them was weak. he had to be treated at the cave entrance for some time. but all four boys are now in the hospital, leaving eight still in ....
