Marg: K Raheja Corp has paid stamp duty of Rs 7.80 crore for the registration of the deal that took place on June 16. Following the execution of the transaction, the developer has paid Rs 105 crore to the erstwhile landowner.
K Raheja Corp has purchased a 3.72-acre land parcel in Mumbai s central suburb Mulund for INR 130 crore. The developer will construct a luxury residential project on the land, according to sources. K Raheja Corp has also paid the seller INR 105 crore and stamped the deal for INR 7.8 crore.
Acting on a tip-off, the NCB officials kept vigil on Falcon Courier at LBS Marg, Ghatkopar and intercepted a parcel with 5.6 grams of blue coloured pills suspected to be MDMA /ectasy recreational drugs.
Mumbai: LBS Marg in Kurla declared as no parking zone

In a desperate bid to decongest the Lal Bahadur Shastri (LBS) Marg in Kurla, the Mumbai Traffic Police has declared the area as a no-parking zone; the order permanently bars parking of any vehicle in the stretch.
According to a notification issued by the traffic department on Monday, the stretch between Premier Junction and Maharashtra Kata, which falls under the jurisdiction of Kurla traffic division, will be a no parking zone.
Parking of motor vehicles on both arms of the LBS Marg from Premier Junction and Maharashtra Kata in Kurla has been prohibited.
