They found two residents had escaped the house safely. But much of the top floor of that splitlevel home is gutted. The cause of the fire is under investigation. Were looking at mostly rain, a system for us that will start as rain around 2 00 to 3 00 a. M. Tomorrow morning. Mostly rain for us, but we cant at the tail end of this system when it starts making its way out of the area, we could see gusts up to 50 miles an hour. As far as areas around new york city, they could get upwards of a foot of snow. Snow and wind as the system gets off the coast and really starts affecting the northeast.
