live from the cbs bay area studios this is kpix5 news. what was going on at the santa clara county jail? tonight two more guards have been arrested. kpix5 has learned about one guard s alleged connection to the hells angels. our lynn ramirez is outside the jail tonight. reporter: he was arrested this afternoon for allegedly accessing a law enforcement computer database illegally. he was allegedly doing that to look up the confidential records of people he knew. sources tell kpix5 that correctional deputy ryan saunders has loose connections with members of the hells angels motorcycle club through his son. he s been under investigation for the past several weeks after an anonymous tip that he was illegally accessing the criminal justice information computer database allegedly doing searches on people he knew. he was just accessing information that we consider to be personal. reporter: he was arrested on eight misdemeanor counts. sources say he s believed to have been

haener. and i m frank somerville. the nine people were identified all shot and killed at the community college in oregon. we have new developments from ken pritchett. he is here with what we have learned. reporter: the douglas county sheriff has made his intentions clear to not utter the name of the shooter and focus on the victims. he and the law enforcement officials read names and thoughts from the families. flags at half staff in the small oregon town of southerland. the hometown of 20-year-old trevor who was among the nine victims gunned gown in umpqua community college in roseburg. residents reflected on the lost. i said this has hit too close to home. and she looked at me sadly and said no. it is home. reporter: among the shooting victims, a teacher, and students. the victims are lucero alkares of roseburg. 19 years old. reporter: quinn glen cooper had recently graduated high school and was four days into his college experience. i don t know how we are go
mercer. i continue to believe that those media and community members who publicized his name will only gluer few his horrific actions. one witness says that the shooter asked victims to state their religion before opening fire as he later died following the shootout with police as they live in the same complex as the shooter, but say that they have never seen him before. it was scary. that it is your school and your community, but different when you find out that he lived next door to you. reporter: and they were also commenting on the situation. they may have indeed broken all of our hearts. but he cannot prevent our hearts from growing back bigger and stronger. they just recently announced that the gunman did attend umpqua community college. late this afternoon the sheriff identified all of the nine people killed ranging in age from 18 to 57. the sheriff read their names one by one. the victims are lucero alcaraz of roseburg, 19 years old. quinn glen cooper of
