Fairfield Memorial Hospital's Senior Life Solutions will hold their Coffee Club from 9:30am – 10:30am today in the Fairfield Memorial Hospital Café. The event is open to anyone interested in attending. You do not have to be a participant in the Senior Life Solutions program to attend. FNB in Fairfield will have limited lobby access on Tuesday, August 16 and Wednesday, August 17 due to installation of a new HVAC system. The west parking lot will be closed both days, but drive-thru traffic will exit on the north side of the west lot. Customers wishing to enter the bank should park near and enter the north or east doors. In addition, the bank lobby will be closed from approximately 11:30am until 1pm on Tuesday, 8/16 during the removal of the old system. It is anticipated the lobby will be closed for another hour on Wednesday, 8/17 for installation of the new equipment. Customers can access services by using the bank's drive-thru during this time. Fairfield Memorial Hospital is excited to announce that General Surgeon, Lauren Williams, M.D. will be joining the Medical Staff of Fairfield Memorial Hospital on a full-time basis starting in August of 2022. Dr. Williams is a native of Fairfield and received her Medical Degree from Rush Medical College of Rush University Medical Center. She completed her residency in General Surgery at Rush University System for Health in Chicago where she also served as Chief Resident. Dr. Williams will offer a large variety of surgical services to patients, to include appendectomy, biopsies, colonoscopy/EGD, general surgery, cholecystectomy, hernia repairs, insertion of ports, wound debridement, botox injections, and more.
