I don t think at least at this point that we re heading towards that most muscular version of the state legislature theory. that is out the door. is there a middle ground that still preserves some level of state judicial review but has the supreme court acting as a higher check in the most egregious cases? maybe. that might be where we re heading. but that biggest theory, that looks to be off the table. as a final question, let s take a step back and sum up the stakes here. some have suggested this is one of the most important cases about democracy that the supreme court has heard in generations. is that right? yeah. you know, if they took that many us koor law view that cut out that supreme court yes. leaving level review for the state supreme courts makes it less. the potential is there to cut that out. we ll be following this in the weeks ahead. we appreciate you coming in here today. thank you so much for being here ....
