4、2021年6月23日晚上8点多，新建派出所所长带了几个警察来到周淑蓉家旁边，一个警察曾富贵和周淑蓉打招呼，其中6个警察拿着3部手机给周淑蓉和她丈夫照相，周淑蓉转身离开。同时所长说：“我们来看看有没有偷盗和抢窃的”。一会儿就走了。其实他们来的目的就是想给周素淑照相。
