Teaching racial equity and justice and teaching that we need a healthy democracy. we re going to continue to educate students. we are historically black. we are not exclusively black. so we have students from all countries, all races, on our campus, and we re going to continue to do what we are required to do. lauryn, i hear you say you re taking it in stride. at the same time, these are hbcus, all of them, having these bomb threats, the beginning of black history month. do you think this is a hate crime? honestly, i do think that it is racially motivated because it was february 1st when this happened, the beginning of black history month. but i also want everybody to keep in mind that, like, had hbcu students are not martyrs for some grand cause, for some grand scheme or movement. we re just students, black students for the most part, simply trying to exist. ....
